It was demonstrated by an example that a million should be spent first of all on antiquities, and second – on real estate. In fact, every person has their own idea of how to spend the sum. Yet there always arise the problem of making a decision – the problem which was the center of the seminar.

The seminar has attracted new participants to the educational program. Lack of vacant seats in the conference hall of the Student Business Incubator “Druzhba” spoke for the great interest young people have towards entrepreneurship.

The author of the seminar Andrei Kuzin has immediately set the audience for a friendly mood. With personal examples, witty remarks, uninterrupted contact with the audience and dynamism the author managed to hold attention of the audience.

The first part of the seminar dealt with various strategies of decision-making. Among training examples were the decisions on spending a million rubles, dealing with a problem of housing, making concessions during an employment process. The second part dealt with the possible risks and entanglements that project presenters can face during “BIT Siberia”, and the factors which can interfere with negotiation process between the participants and investors.

The author’s preferred methods were direct dialogue with the young innovators, and brainstorming. Andrei Kuzin has organized the seminar in such a manner that it could be as helpful as possible. He let the participants define the most interesting and urgent questions and has been answering them consistently. He thus provided an immediate example of effective outcome-driven negotiating process.
